Kohler, founded in 1873, is one of the best-known names in kitchen and bath. For Sprig by Kohler, its line of fragrance-infused shower and bath products, the company needed a partner to develop and produce a matching range of candles.
Challenge:
Kohler is a global company with offices around the world. Although the product itself was straightforward, the project required coordinating multiple departments across time zones. Kohler requested a turnkey product using a fragrance they supplied, along with thorough factory inspections at every level, including with our partners in Asia.
Solution:
Throughout the 18-month project, our team held weekly progress meetings with key Kohler and Sprig departments. We organized factory inspections in both Asia and the USA and worked with the client's team on new product development ideas, keeping the project moving and on standard from start to finish.
